Description & Services
Description of service(s) The Community Living Board – Fundy Region Inc. (CLB-FR Inc.) was formed in 1979. Over the years, the Board’s focus has shifted as needs in the community have changed. Its initial focus was to make recommendations for a community service system for adults with an intellectual disability in the Fundy region, later being involved in changing the New Brunswick Schools Act with the introduction of Bill 85, to present day leading change through the development of resources for teachers, employers and caregivers.
The CLB-FR Inc. believes strongly in the education of its Board members, who travel the world to learn of the newest practices in promoting inclusive communities and caring for individuals with disabilities.
