Description & Services
Description of service(s) Safe Harbour provides emergency and transitional housing to young people in our community who are in need of a safe place to stay...
Safe Harbour operates in collaboration with The Teen Resource Center (TRC), which has case management and day-support programs, and The ONE LIFE program, which offers longer-term housing and education supports.
For some youth, Safe Harbour will be the first point of entry into a long-term, service-delivery model to support them through a difficult time in their lives.
In addition to meeting the basic needs of shelter, food and clothing, Safe Harbour, in collaboration with community partners, provides life skills programming and the supportive environment that young people need to make the difficult transition to adulthood and independence.
