Description of service(s) This program offers a number of employment related tools, from cover letter and resume help to interview preparation and shadow job opportunities. For participants who have completed a pre-employment program, this service includes Workforce Coaches and a Job Developer who assists job seekers in developing a plan for employment, and addressing all elements of job search and maintenance.
