Description of service(s) Power Up is a 10 week leadership training program that has been designed to assist low income women take their next step in life...  
It aims to help participants identify and build on their assets in order to enter the labour market, further their education and/or become more involved in their community. POWER UP! to Employment is similar with a much stronger emphasis on employment related skills. The hours and length are the same for both programs.
Hours 10am-3pm, Tuesday-Thursday
Dates Program is Offered 4 times each year. September - November; January - March; April - June. A fourth intake for the POWER UP! to Employment program.
