Description of service(s) Building Self-Confidence is a six-week program is designed to help women learn to believe in themselves and to push the limits of their abilities. Self-confidence naturally makes you happier when you learn to take responsibility for yourself and this leads to your being more successful in life. The program covers what self-confidence is, how it affects our lives and the step-by-step approaches necessary to developing it.To receive an electronic copy of the program brochure, or to register today, please call 633-1705.
