Description of service(s) Canadian MedicAlert® Foundation, a national registered charity, provides emergency information services to members with health conditions and special medical needs and personal requests that should be known in the event of an emergency. MedicAlert® bracelets, necklets and watches are recognized worldwide by health care professionals and can protect you in an emergency by alerting emergency responders and medical personnel to your medical needs, conditions and medications.
