Description of service(s) The objectives of the Community Intensive Supervision Partnership for clients are: 
* To assist in the development of client specific case plans; 
* To provide guidance and supervision to clientele as per the case plan; 
* To assist the client in developing links with stakeholders such as the courts, other government departments, private and public agencies; 
* To assist in the active recruitment of community programs and services for client attendance such as employment opportunities, leisure and recreational activities; 
* To provide / refer counseling services (individual and group) that are required to address the client’s risk and needs level as per objective assessment; 
* To enhance overall programs / services and public education through the utilization of trained, culturally sensitive volunteers; 
* To utilize all reasonable alternatives to incarceration while ensuring public safety; 
* To assist clients in accepting responsibility for and being held accountable to inappropriate actions and behaviors.
