Description of service(s) Grand Manan Whale and Seabird Research Station is a non-profit research facility located on the East Coast of Canada on Grand Manan Island in the Bay of Fundy.  
Since 1981, the research station has conducted research on porpoises, right whales, seals, sharks and seabirds in the Grand Manan Archipelago. 
Research: Dedicated to scientific investigation of marine life in the Bay of Fundy with emphasis on threatened and endangered marine mammals such as the Harbour Porpoise and Right Whale. 
Education: through interpretative displays in the Gaskin Museum of Marine Life, scientific and popular reports, lectures, slide presentations, and web site. 
To Promote Conservation of the marine ecosystem in the Bay of Fundy. 
Adopt Right Whale program:
Hours Jul and Aug: 9 am-5 pm (subject to change) 
Jun, Sep and 1st week of Oct: 10 am-4 pm (subject to change)
Dates Program is Offered Early June to beginning of October
