Description of service(s) | Office of the Workers' Advocate provides information on Workers' Compensation, i.e., the Act, policies, and procedures. Gives advice, discusses issues with the client, and suggests steps to be taken to resolve the problem. Also provides representation, review worker's files, writes letters on behalf of worker or dependent, and appears as a representative at appeals hearings on behalf of worker or dependent. |
