Description & Services
Description of service(s) The Saint John Astronomy Club's meetings consist of presentations and open discussions on observing experiences and new equipment or projects. Everybody is welcome to participate, and round table discussions break out quite often. Discussions range from simple topics such as where to look for certain objects to the more advanced technical details.  
Members of the club host public observing sessions at Irving Nature Park, Rockwood Park and elsewhere, give presentations to schools and to public or private groups, and serve as a general source of astronomical information. 
Interested persons do not need any equipment or experience, all are welcome!
Hours Meetings begin at 7pm and typically run 2-3 hours.

Eligibility The club is open to anyone who has an interest in astronomy. No experience necessary.
