Description of service(s) La Leche League volunteers assist mothers to breastfeed through mother-to-mother support, education, information, and encouragement and to promote a better understanding of breastfeeding as important in the health development of the baby and mother.  
 
Offers telephone support, monthly support group and a lending library and up to date information concerning issues around breastfeeding. French language breastfeeding books is available at our library.

Print Material Catalogue of breastfeeding, parenting, pregnancy, nutrition books, pamphlets dealing with medical, pumping, returning to work situations, slings, pumps. Also a group lending library with same titles. French language breastfeeding book available at our library and to order.
Designated Day/Week/Month/ Events 1st week of October is celebrated as World Breastfeeding Week each year.
