Description of service(s) MISSION 
 
The Heart and Stroke Foundation, a volunteer-based health charity, leads in eliminating heart disease and stroke through: the advancement of research and its application; the promotion of healthy living; and advocacy.  
 
 
The Foundation offers programs for heart disease and stroke survivors - Heart to Heart and Partners in Stroke Recovery.  
 
The Foundation also facilitates CPR training, Workplace Wellness programs, and Heart Smart nutrition information, and free literature dealing with heart disease, stroke and healthy living.
Hours 8:30am - 4:30pm
