Description of service(s) The Canadian Firearms Program administers the Firearms Act and provides related services to individuals, businesses and the law enforcement community in Canada, and to certain international partners. 
Holders of a firearm registration certificate or a firearms licence must submit notifications of changes to their personal information, whether or not they own a firearm.
